RETURNING is an immersive weekend retreat for women who sense there is more of themselves waiting to be lived.

More alive.
More free.
More connected.
More at home in themselves.

A space to slow down and explore what happens when we bring our attention back to the body and invite sensuality, intimacy and connection in.

Throughout the weekend, we approach sensuality as something living. Something embodied, curious and deeply our own.

Together, we will explore, share, feel and reconnect. We will listen to what moves through the body, notice what happens in the mind, and make space for what is already there.

Not to become someone new, but to return to what is already yours.

To your body.
To your sensuality.
To your inner knowing.

And perhaps, to a kind of innocence and aliveness that too often gets lost beneath expectation and performance.

To feel fully alive is to inhabit your body.
To express yourself freely.
To be connected to your sensuality.

BODY

Your body is the ground of your experience. Your anchor, your canvas, the place where everything begins. We slow down enough to feel, listen, notice and reconnect with what is here. Through movement, breath and somatic practices, we learn to inhabit the body rather than simply live in it.

SENSUALITY

Your sensuality is your birthright. It is your capacity to feel pleasure, aliveness, desire and connection. We reconnect with this innate part of you and explore how your desire speaks, moves and changes. Through embodied and sensory practices, we create space for pleasure to become something you can listen to, trust and express.

INTIMACY

Intimacy is the bridge between your inner world and the world around you. It lives in the way you meet yourself, relate to others and connect with life. We explore intimacy through presence, boundaries, communication, vulnerability and embodied connection, discovering how the way you relate shapes the way you experience the world.

YOUR HOST

My passion for creating spaces like Returning comes from my own experience and from the profound transformations I’ve had the privilege of witnessing over the years.
There is something unique that happens when people who share the same curiosity come together to explore something new. A collective energy emerges. Inspiration begins to flow. We each feel a little more permission to be ourselves.
A group can become a mirror, a support system, and a space for discovery. A place where we can meet ourselves differently, connect with others, and allow ourselves to be touched by what emerges.
I’m Manon, a somatic sexuality practitioner and facilitator.
Trained in somatic sexuality, I’ve deepened my practice through more than five years of exploring Tantra, BDSM, conscious intimacy, and group work.
The collective has been a powerful pillar of my own transformation. A space to discover ourselves, encounter others, and give ourselves permission to be fully who we are.
My approach brings together biological foundations, somatic work, and embodied exploration.
Through Returning, I create a space to slow down, come back into the body, reconnect with sensuality, and explore intimacy beyond performance, expectation, or the roles we have learned to play.
A space to listen more deeply, feel more fully, and return to what is already alive within you.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What kind of intimacy will we explore?
Returning explores intimacy in a broad sense: the relationship you have with your own body, with desire, with other people and with the world around you. Some practices involve movement, proximity, touch or being witnessed. We use these experiences as a way to become more present, curious and connected.

Will there be touch between participants?
Yes, some of the practices include touch. This is not about sexual stimulation or performance. Touch can be used to explore sensation, grounding, connection, trust, opening and the different ways our bodies communicate. Each practice has a clear intention and framework.

Is Returning a sexual retreat?
Returning is a retreat about the body, sensuality and intimacy. Sexuality is part of the landscape, but the focus is much wider than sex. We explore desire, pleasure, boundaries, connection and the intelligence of the body, often through simple experiences that can be surprisingly profound.

Will we share with the group?
Yes. Sharing is woven throughout the weekend, in pairs and as a group. Hearing other women speak about their experiences can be deeply normalising. It creates a sense of recognition and reminds us how much of what we carry privately is actually part of being human.

Do I need previous experience?
No. Returning is designed as an entry point. You don't need to know anything about somatic work, Tantra or sensuality. The practices are guided step by step, with plenty of space to discover what they bring up for you.

What if I feel nervous or shy?
That's very welcome too. You don't need to arrive feeling confident, sensual or “ready”. Returning begins with slowing down and noticing what is already there. From that place, we explore.
